Dr. Mercado is the only dentist here, and the schedule is kept deliberately unhurried, so when you share the studio with someone you care about, that introduction gets the same attention you do.

Referral questions, answered
Is there a reward for referring someone?
No. California law does not allow dental practices to offer gifts, credits, or discounts in exchange for patient referrals, so we do not run a rewards program. What we can promise is that the person you send will be looked after the way you were.
Do I need my friend's permission before I submit their details?
Yes, please ask first. Only share someone's name, phone number, or email if they have told you they would like to hear from us. If they would rather make the first move themselves, send them the link instead and have them mention your name when they call.
What happens after I submit the form?
A member of Dr. Mercado's team reaches out to introduce the studio, answer any questions, and help your friend reserve a first visit if they would like one. There is no pressure and no follow-up campaign. If they are not ready, that is fine.
Can I refer a family member?
Yes. Partners, parents, siblings, roommates, and coworkers are all welcome. Dr. Mercado provides cosmetic and general dentistry for adults, so everything from a routine cleaning to a full smile makeover happens under one roof.
Does the person I refer need dental insurance?
No. We work with most PPO dental plans and verify benefits before the first appointment, and we also offer a membership plan and financing through CareCredit and Cherry for patients without coverage. Details are on our financing page.
Can my friend just call the studio directly?
Of course. They can call (916) 448-5458 or use the contact form, and mention who sent them. We like knowing so we can thank you.
