They always know me and call me by my first name which shows me they truly care. I have been at other dental offices and they made me feel that my concerns weren't valid, that I was over reacting; but with Dr. Lott and his staff they calm any concerns I have until I am comfortable. I have referred many of my coworkers, colleagues and family to Dr. Lott. I have heard the same testimonials from everyone and I actually have received several thank you's. I take my dental health very seriously and having Dr Lott and his staff make it easy. They have great hours and their location is so close I can actually walk to my appointments.
